Bond. James Bond. Need I say more?
James Bond (played by a legendary local restaurateur you all know) will be onstage with a cast of local celebrities modeling in a 007 Fashion Show, Saturday, March 21. The elegant evening is being staged at the exclusive Gene Hiller Menswear store at 729 Bridgeway with martini bars, champagne, wine and gourmet Casino Royale canapés provided by local purveyors of fine food –– Poggio Trattoria, Copita, Barrel House Tavern, The Trident, Angelino, Seafood Peddler and The Spinnaker.
Celebrity models include Sausalito Mayor Tom Theodores, City Council members Ray Withy and Jill Hoffman, Sausalito Chief of Police Jennifer Tejada, Chamber of Commerce CEO Oonagh Kavanagh and Poggio Chef Benjamin Balesteri. With fashions provided by gr.Dano, Gene Hiller, Barcelino and Lisa Lebow on Caledonia, it promises to be one of the most stylish events in town.
The event, which is from 6-8 p.m., is a benefit for the Sausalito-Vina del Mar Sister City program which mentors entrepreneurial business woman. The price of admission ($125) includes everything: champagne, martinis, beer, wine and appetizers. Tickets are available online. This event sold out last year.
