"Come Fly With Us"

Sausalito Sister Cities host vintage transcontinental travel odyssey.

Get ready to fasten your seatbelts and put those trays in an upright position for a memorable swing across the globe! Sausalito Sister Cities (SSCI) will host a fundraiser, Friday, May 6th at Cavallo Point that will not only benefit all three Sausalito sister city programs (Sakaide, Japan; Vina del Mar, Chile; Cascais, Portugal), but take guests on a vintage transcontinental tour of each city.

“Come Fly with Us” will recreate the glamour of airline travel in bygone days, with a travel odyssey that includes first class dining provided by in-flight chefs Yoshi Tome (Sushi Ran), Larry Mindel (Poggio & Copita) and Michael Mullins (Cavallo Point), vintage cocktails and martinis, as well as wines from around the world. Big band music and dancing onboard will be provided by “Sinatra and the Jazz All-Stars”.

The all-inclusive price per person is $250. This flight will sell-out, so passengers are encouraged to get their boarding passes now. Sponsorships are also available which include VIP Red Carpet Room access and Premier seating (contact mfinnegan@urbanrealestateadvisors.com).

Check-in time is 18:00 hours, at the Callippe Gate at Cavallo Point Resort – generous sponsors of the special event.

Sausalito Sister Cities, Inc. is a 501.c3 non-profit organization providing educational and cultural people-to-people exchanges for over 60 years. Current programs include a high school student exchange with Sakaide, a mentoring program for entrepreneurial women in Vina del Mar, and a youth sailing exchange program in Cascais.
