Full Moon Hike on White Hill

Walk up White Hill with Ranger Josh Gilmore and learn about the plants and animals that live in the area. Once the top is reached a full moon rising above San Rafael should be visible. This is a moderately difficult hike that’s ideal for all ages. Dress in layers, wear sturdy shoes and don’t forget to bring a flashlight! Rain or heavy winds will cancel, it is requested that no pets (except service animals) attend. To get to White Hill from Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the exit for Sir Francis Drake Blvd west 6 miles. Park in the big gravel pullout on the right side, below the crest of the hill.
