Catapalooza

Celebrity is strange concept and one that’s relative, i.e.; don’t ask me to identify any of the SF Giants. And in this country, people earn celebrity status in a number of ways –– by being in movies or TV shows, by having a successful YouTube video, or by simply being wealthy. Then there’s a whole other realm of celebrities, pet celebrities. From Grumpy Cat to Marnie the Dog, celebrity pets have some of the largest followings, garner the most attention and command real $$. Looking for a chance to be the presence of a furry famous creature? This weekend is your chance, cause Lil Bub is coming to town for Catapalooza.

The festival is free and includes activities, a market, Extreme Pizza, a beer garden and a kitten corner. It will feature cat-centric activities, kitten corner, a Purr-veyors market, kids zone, music, food and beer garden. Lil Bub will be there for a meet & greet fundraiser and will also be doing an intimate and heartfelt presentation with her “dude” Mike Bridavsky. “The Story of Lil BUB” will detail the story of her life on Earth, her rise to fame and her effect on the lives of millions of humans and animals alike. The presentation will also include exclusive photos and videos, as well as a Q&A with Lil Bub herself.

If You Go:
