Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food. Join us as we dive into the culinary bliss of herbally infused foods with instructor Trinity Ava. In this class, you will learn how to use food and herbal medicine to promote vitality, immunity, and well-being for the fall season by using our favorite healing culinary friends such as turmeric, thyme, oregano and marjoram. The class will include a tasting of Fire Cider, Herbal Kimchi, Golden Milk, and other herbal treats that will make your body and mind prepared for the coming season. The workshop will take place offsite at SHED's HomeFarm. Directions will be emailed to attendees ahead of the event.
