IN A COUNTY known for its farm-fresh produce, artisan meats and caught-that-day seafood, we are spoiled when it comes to dining. Next time the question of where to go for a meal arises, we hope you turn to these pages for inspiration. Here, Marin’s top tastemakers, as voted by our readers back in 2016, are seen jostling for position in the Henrybuilt studio in Mill Valley, along with the delicious top-selling dishes they create. And so you too can feel like an insider, the chefs and owners also let us know where they like to go after a long shift. Many of these chefs have moved to different restaurants but are still in the community, but we still stand by their choices.
