Call the Shot



Welcome to Marin Magazine's Call the Shot!, our new photo contest that tests how much you know about where you live. Call the Shot has a simple premise: Tell us what this is a picture of and win a $100 gift certificate for E & O Trading in Larkspur Landing.

To win, you must be specific. Sure, it’s a big bug, but what city is it in and what business does it tout? Hint: When heading north on 101, look to the east.

Here's how to play:  agree to the rules and submit your answer.  Simple.  The winner will be chosen randomly from all correct answers.  Good Luck!

Call the Shot Contest Rules
 

To enter, complete the entry form from our monthly Call the Shot contest at marinmagazine.com. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received through our website on or by the closing date of the draw. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Marin Magazine. Marin Magazine is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. 
 

1. The contest is open to the general public as well as anyone currently subscribing to Marin Magazine. Employees of Marin Magazine, its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees’ immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest

2. Entrant must correctly identify the “Call the Shot” photograph to be eligible for a random drawing.

3. Drawing will be held on the 15th day of each month for that month's issue. One prize will be awarded monthly.

4. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be available. Approximate value of prizes vary.

5. In accepting the prize, the winner and any guest(s) acknowledge that Marin Magazine may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize.

6. Marin Magazine retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

7. Marin Magazine reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
