Greens Restaurant 40th Anniversary Celebration and Dinner Series

Bring your appetite to celebrate the kinship of land, food and people that is at the heart of Greens Restaurant during their 40th anniversary dinner series. This ground-breaking restaurant put vegetables at the center of the plate, revolutionizing how Americans think about fine dining. Beginning July 9th with Reem Assil (Reem’s California), six renowned Bay Area chefs will each take over chef Annie Somerville’s kitchen to design a four-course prix fixe meal inspired by historic menus from the Greens archive. 415.771.6222.

Christina Mueller is a long-time Bay Area food writer. She hails from the East Coast and has spent way too much time in South America and Europe. She discovered her talent as a wordsmith in college and her love of all things epicurean in grad school. She has written for Condé Nast Contract Publishing, Sunset, and the Marin Independent Journal, among others.
