Just take a look at our annual Marin Gives Back feature with nearly 60 local nonprofits of every size and stripe to see what we mean.

Which brings us to On the Scene — our ongoing roundup of the area’s best fundraising and community events, designed to foster community support around all of the great causes mentioned above, and many more. Here’s a month by month roundup of how you and your neighbors helped support our amazing county (and the greater Bay Area) in 2024. Many of these events happen annually; perhaps you will see an event to put on your list to attend in 2025!
