Bow Wow Film Festival

Do you love dogs? (Just nod along.) Great! Cause this weekend there’s a film festival decided to and for the benefit of man’s best friend. The Bow Wow Film Festival is all about the “Love of Dogs” with 100% of the proceeds going toward the Kern Project – a non-profit organization that saves dogs from shelters all over California. Bow Wow is a traveling film festival that celebrates, educates and inspires all things doggie (with or without their human) through the art of short film. Come check out some of the years' best canine-themed short films in a convenient 80 minute reel, it’s like a light snack before the upcoming Mill Valley Film Festival! Bow Wow presents an opportunity for animal welfare groups to host an event that generates awareness as well as offers a unique and delightful way to fundraise while entertaining the crowds with fun activities like a doggy talent show, vintage photo booth, raffle and silent auction. So bring your blankets, low-back chairs, family –– and of course your four-legged friend –– and get in on the fun.
