Cooking from the Farmers' Market

Did you know that Cavallo Point offers a variety of cooking classes? September classes have focused on Mesopotamia, Asian cuisine and paella, and this week’s, hands-on class guides participants in the very Marin art of preparing meals with ingredients fresh from local farmers’ markets and artisans.

Pair seasonal produces with local meat and fish, and then enjoy your creations with matched wine pairings.
