A cross between a miniature poodle and an Australian Shepherd, the Aussiedoodle is a cute cross-breed and Millie is a particular sweet example, especially with her candy-striped black and white nose. She is the shop dog at San Anselmo’s Jolt!, which sells a creative selection of gifts and clothing.
Millie lives with her owner Carol Lindorfer, and her daughter Olivia in Fairfax. Carol answered a few questions about her loveable pooch:
How old is Millie?
She was born on July 31, 2019, so she is 15 weeks old.
How did you two meet?
We researched the type of dog that might have the best chance at being a good shop dog, and discovered the Aussiedoodle. We then found an amazing breeder in Sacramento.
Does she have any favorite trails or places to walk?
She’s not quite old enough for dog parks. She is being crate-trained, and learns to walk on a leash every morning on our way to coffee.
How does she like being Jolt!’s official shop dog?
She loves meeting all the customers and especially loves the children who come in regularly. So far, she is comfortable in both the Novato and San Anselmo locations.
We are so happy to have her join our family. She brings a smile to everyone she meets!
