Marin Chapter of the Native Plant Society

Native plants define the landscape, create pride of place, and provide habitat for wildlife. Join the Marin chapter of the California Native Plant Society in protecting natives and advancing appreciation and horticultural use of native plants. Two ongoing hands-on ways to help: the Third Thursday Weeders meet at Point Reyes National Seashore from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. every third Thursday of the month, and Zen of Weeding volunteers gather at Samuel P. Taylor State Park from 1 to 3 p.m. the second Friday and Sunday of every month. cnpsmarin.org
