Wooding kicked off the evening with a warm welcome for all guests and sponsors, and highlighted To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission to raise the funds that are annually allotted to Bay Area nonprofits that are providing critical direct and emergency services. This year, the gala raised $645,000, thanks to the silent, live and online auctions and Fund-A-Need.
The highlight of the evening was their signature fashion show, which featured 28 local models that are thriving survivors of breast cancer. They were escorted by prominent local breast cancer physicians. This year’s show also showcased Stepping Out models from the gala’s past 30 years, including TCL’s founders and members of the 1996 model cast.

“The 30th Anniversary Stepping Out to Celebrate Life event honored the journey and legacy that have defined To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation over the past three decades,” Wooding said. “The evening was a joyful celebration and reunion of our Foundation’s past participants, founders and remarkable fundraising achievements.”
