No plans this Saturday morning? Instead of vegging around the house watching reruns of a show you’ve already seen ten times before, why not give doing something rewarding and productive a shot. Head over to the Lake Lagunitas parking lot and meet your morning crew who you’ll be working alongside, helping clear invasive French broom from oak woodlands. Not only will you get fresh air and a little workout, you’ll have the opportunity to meet other quality like minded people who care about the environment and get to see basking turtles, curious egrets, glorious oaks, and maybe some newts and ensatinas, too. This event is family friendly. Minors under the age of 16 must have a guardian present. Those ages 16-18 must have permission from a guardian.
