Chef/owner Sean Saylor uses fresh local ingredients and seafood to create a distinctively Cabo combination of California and Mexican cuisine. Marin’s first tequila bar has more than 200 varieties, served in a festive full-bar setting along with ceviche, carnitas, and Cabo prawns, to name just a few possibilities. Good friends at Cabo Wabo and the man himself, Sammy Hagar, gave their blessing for naming the banquet space the Cabo Wabo Room.
