NAMI Marin Family-to-Family Class

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Marin will hold a free, comprehensive 8-week course designed for families and significant others of individuals suffering from significant mental illness, such as: major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and other severe mental illnesses. Course offerings include coping skills for families, evidence-based information on mental illness, self-care, and emotional support. The next class starts on January 22nd (6:30 – 9:00 p.m.) in San Rafael and runs for 8 consecutive Mondays, with the exception of President’s Day, February 19th.
