Chef in Residence – Flynn McGarry

At 19, chef Flynn McGarry opened his restaurant, Gem, in New York’s Bowery, serving plates of deconstructed lamb and grilled sunchokes. Earlier this year, he unveiled Gem Wine, a destination for the Dimes Square set with a decidedly more casual spin. McGarry will be hosting a one-day residency at Faust Haus at which guests can enjoy a few signature bites paired with Faust wines, chat with the chef, and receive a signed copy of his new book, “This is not a Cookbook”.
