David Fenton has spent his career as a progressive activist, spear-heading history-making campaigns from the No-Nukes concerts with Bruce Springsteen in 1979, to the campaigns to free Nelson Mandela and end apartheid in the late 1980s, to exposing the dangers of toxic chemicals in our food, banning fracking, legalizing marijuana, and most recently, alerting the public to the climate crisis.
He will be in conversation about his memoir, The Activist’s Media Handbook, with David Talbot and Judy Gumbo.
