Empower Me Academy’s Second Annual Basketball-thon

The Second Annual Basketball-thon, hosted by non-profit Empower Me Academy, is an infusion of March Madness and the NBA’s All-Star Game. This communitywide event is open to children of all skill levels from 3rd grade to 12th grade. Players will participate in 3 on 3 tournament-style games, 3-point, dunk and skills challenges. Registration is open until August 25th. Financial assistance for the Basketball-thon is available.
Date and time: Saturday, August 27th: 9 am – 1 pm; Sunday, August 28th: 9 am – 5 pm
Cost: $75 to register (includes T-shirt and Sunday lunch); spectators welcome
