Fourth Annual Inspire Napa Valley to Support Alzheimer’s Research (May 5 – 7)

The fourth annual Inspire Napa Valley is taking place Friday, May 5 – Sunday, May 7 in Napa Valley. Kerrin Laz, founder and proprietor of K. LAZ WINE COLLECTION, has created an incredible event with the support of her community that has raised more than $4.5 million for the Alzheimer’s Association’s care, support and research programs.
In its fourth year, this moving fundraising event is committed to inspiring change and raising awareness by bringing wine industry leaders and enthusiasts together to support national funding for both Alzheimer’s disease research and care for families affected by the disease in Northern California. World-renowned participating wineries include Round Pond Estate, Abreu Vineyards, and Harlan Estate, among others.
Event highlights include:
• VIP Welcome Dinner on Pritchard Hill (6pm on Friday, May 5) – Intimate VIP block party on Pritchard Hill, co-hosted by a few of the best vintners and winemakers in this neighborhood. Taste the best of what Pritchard Hill has to offer with a family-style dinner prepared by the Inspire Napa Valley kitchen crew of winemakers, vintners, and viticulturists, led by Brad Grimes of Abreu Vineyards, Antonio Galloni of Vinous, Francoise Peschon, Lisa Drinkward and Les Behrens of Behrens Family Winery.
• VIP Alzheimer’s Research Update & Wine Seminar at Round Pond Estate (10:30am on Saturday, May 6) – Following an Alzheimer’s research update by Alzheimer’s Association Chief Science Officer, Dr. Maria Carrillo, a group of distinguished panelists, led by Antonio Galloni of Vinous, will discuss and share a hand-picked lineup of compelling wines at this sit-down wine tasting seminar.
• Main Event: Food & Wine Celebration at Round Pond Estate (5pm on Saturday, May 6) – Walk-around wine tasting and food bonanza featuring 30 of the most exclusive wineries in California with culinary stations prepared by Componere, one of the best San Francisco Bay area culinary teams led by The French Laundry alumni, Ethan Mantle. The abundance of exceptional food and wine is not to be missed and will be followed by Inspire Napa Valley’s signature live auction and paddle raise.
• VIP Farewell Brunch at Ad Hoc + Addendum Garden (10am on Sunday, May 7) – Farewell Yountville brunch featuring Chef Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc Fried Chicken and waffles, Bouchon pastries, and seasonal fare alongside their signature blood mary and mimosa bar.
