Mustangs of the West at Corte Madera Summer Concerts

Southern California’s original 5 piece, all female band … bass, drums, lead guitar and fiddle with 3-4 part vocal harmonies are back. California music rooted in classic country rock with modern Americana influences.

Now named Mustangs of the West, band members have reunited to take up where they left off in the mid-’90s. The line-up features three of the original members, Sherry Rayn Barnett (electric guitar, vocals), Suzanna Spring (lead vocals, acoustic guitar), and Holly Montgomery (bass, vocals) with the addition of Suzanne Morissette (drums, vocals) and Aubrey Richmond (fiddle, vocals) to make the full quintet.

This is a rare opportunity to see the band in Northern California and help celebrate the release of their new CD, “Sea of Heartbreak.”
