GUIDE DOGS FOR THE BLIND CANINE HEROES GALA FEATURES STAR OF NETFLIX’S ALL THE LIGHT WE CANNOT SEE

Guests at the Guide Dogs for the Blind GDB) Canine Heroes Gala in San Francisco will experience GDB’s own version of “tails of the City,” as current and future guide dogs mingle with human guests to celebrate the organization’s 80th anniversary. GDB graduate and actress Aria Mia Loberti, star of the upcoming Netflix adaptation of the acclaimed novel All the Light We Cannot See, will be a special guest speaker at the event, which features fine wine, gourmet food, lots of puppies, and heartwarming stories about GDB’s life-changing mission.

The evening will also pay tribute to Betty White, the beloved actress and GDB supporter who passed away last year. Proceeds from the gala will help GDB empower individuals who are blind or visually impaired to move through the world more safely and confidently.
