Immerse in Laurel Burch’s bright, bold creative vision and sole artistic purpose: to inspire living from the heart … The Haight Ashbury is where Laurel Burch lived, worked, and created her first original designs. A single parent at 19, she began handcrafting exquisite earrings and necklaces from old coins, bones, and beads to support her two young children Aarin and Juaquim. Laurel’s unconventional
approach to art and business resonated with the free-spirited culture of the ’60s and ’70s; her creations became bridges to friendships and patrons. Collecting Laurel Burch became a phenomenon.

Today, Laurel Burch stands as an iconic figure in the world of art and design, known for her distinctive style and colorful creations. Her prolific paintings gave birth to hundreds of mythical animals, ethereal birds, and figures that capture the soul of humanity—all portrayed in a rainbow of brilliant colors and accented with silver and gold. Her art continues to resonate with audiences of all
ages, inspiring joy, wonder, and a sense of connection to the world around us.

Through her entrancing designs and uplifting messages, Laurel Burch’s legacy endures as a testament to the transformative power of creativity and the human spirit. Come explore and celebrate the life and art of a San Francisco original, Laurel Burch.
