Ian Dogole – “Quinta Essentia” Record Release Celebration

Be sure to join percussionist/recording artist Ian Dogole and his stellar cast of collaborators for the “Quinta Essentia” record release celebration at the Throckmorton Theatre in Mill Valley, CA on Saturday evening, April 1 at 8:00 pm.

“Quinta Essentia” is airing on radio stations all over planet earth, including places such as Barcelona, Adelaide (Australia), Bogota, Buenos Aires, UK, multiple stations in Canada and throughout the U.S. More stations are adding the release every day.

Ian and his esteemed collaborators will be performing many original compositions, as well as reimagined arrangements of pieces by Randy Weston, Lee Morgan, Wayne Shorter and Leon Thomas. The music will be cross-cultural and cross-genre, with Jazz of many colors blended seamlessly with instrumentation and indigenous musical elements from Africa, South America, the Middle East and Europe.
