Intro to French Pastries at The Cavallo Point Cooking School

The top-rated Cavallo Point Cooking School will be hosting Chef Monique Feybesse, recent Top Chef contestant and well-known Bay Area Chef / Co-Owner of Tarts de Feybesse, for a special Intro to French Pastries cooking class on Sunday, August 21. Participants will learn some of the best tips and tricks on how to make simple yet elegant delights from the iconic pastry chef, while also learning the basic techniques of dough and how to work with seasonal and high quality ingredients.
