Authors and mothers Katherine Ellison and Irena Smith have become experts in the alphabet soup of diagnoses plaguing children today (including ADHD, BP, PDD-NOS, and ODD), and have plenty to say about what it’s like to parent out-of-the-box kids in a culture that values by-the-book achievement.
