Marin County’s Community Action Agency Public Hearing
May 9 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Community Action Marin, the officially designated anti-poverty agency for the County of Marin, will be presenting its proposed Community Action Plan on Tuesday, May 9 from 12 to 2pm, live and on zoom. This is an opportunity to discuss community needs alongside agency services, including emergency assistance, housing, childcare, food justice, and economic opportunity. Members of the public are urged to attend and provide their input.
Please register at camarin.org/public-hearing to:
• Review the draft plan, and
• Sign up and provide comments through May 9
The Community Action Plan is what will guide us for the next two years in creating better outcomes. It’s a roadmap built on surveys and experience, but it will be stronger with your feedback. Be part of a discussion of community needs across Marin County. We’ll review our findings, strategies, and planned programming covering agency offerings such as emergency assistance, childcare, economic mobility services, housing, and food justice.
The draft Community Action Plan and supplemental materials are available at camarin.org/public-hearing. All members of the public are urged to attend the hearing and provide their comments. If you are unable to join us or would like to let us know what you think in advance, you may provide a public comment on the form on our site.
