Mill Valley Music Festival returns May 13-14 an impressive extended two-day music lineup!
This year’s fest is headlined by a pair of NorCal rock legends – Michael Franti & Spearhead and CAKE – plus several acclaimed soul-filled music acts like Tank and the Bangas, The Dip, Durand Jones, Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears, and Valerie June.
Don’t forget about Jerry Harrison and Adrian Below’s REMAIN IN LIGHT, a special show featuring former members of Talking Heads playing their magnum opus in total; as well as Oakland’s own African psych-rock band Orchestra Gold; and multi-piece Mill Valley student residents The Alive.
Following a successful inaugural festival last spring that sold out in advance, Mill Valley Music Festival will return to Friends Field transforming the Mill Valley Community Center into a sprawling festival grove full of music, art, and local culture.
The outdoor celebration will once again offer access to a large and curated assortment of Marin County’s best artisans, food vendors, and nonprofits, plus family-friendly activities, immersive art, local craft beer, and so much more.
