In honor of Timber Cove’s 60th anniversary, the resort has launched an Escape + Recharge at Timber Cove room package and will be hosting a week of curated anniversary events.
-Tuesday, July 25
Fireside Chat with Family of Original Timber Cove Designer & Owner (4:30-6pm)
Listen to stories from Ninive Calegari & Richard Clements, children of the original Timber Cove designer and owner Richard Clements Jr. in the hotel lobby with complimentary wine and light snacks from Coast Kitchen.

Morning Yoga with Vinita Laroia (9am-10am)
Stretch and relax during a morning yoga class on the outdoor south deck led by Sonoma-based instructor Vinita Laroia of vinitayoga.com.
Guided Hike with Fort Ross Historic State Park team (11am + 4:30pm)
Walk the hiking trails along the coast and learn about the history of Sonoma and Timber Cove during an hour-long hike led by a team member from Fort Ross State Historic Park. Both the yoga and guided hike events are offered complimentary to hotel guests and $10 each for non-hotel guests. Reservations are encouraged.

Fireside Chat with Ansel Adams’ Editor and Assistant Mary Alinder (4:30-5:30pm)
Listen to stories and enjoy photos of the coast that served as inspiration for famed photographer Ansel Adams with his former Executive Editor and Assistant Mary Alinder of the Alinder Gallery.
This event is open to hotel guests and non-hotel guests with no reservation required.
Wayfarer Wine Reception Hosted by Cleo Pahlmeyer at Timber Cove
Following Mary Alinder’s fireside chat, there will be a complimentary wine reception with Wayfarer Vineyard owner, Cleo Pahlmeyer, featuring two of their top wines – 2020 Wayfarer Estate Fort Ross-Seaview Chardonnay and 2019 Wayfarer Estate Fort Ross-Seaview Pinot Noir.
This event is open to hotel guests and non-hotel guests ages 21+. Reservations are encouraged.

Wine Tasting and Vineyard Tour at Wayfarer Vineyard (2pm)
Join an exclusive pre-release wine-tasting event led by Wayfarer Vineyards master educator and winemaker Todd Kohn. See the full listing to view the featured wines.
This event is $55 per person and transportation to and from the resort will be provided to Wayfarer’s winery for the first 20 who confirm reservations. Reservations are open to hotel and non-hotel guests ages 21+.
Timber Cove 60th Anniversary Dinner with Wayfarer Vineyard and Chef Dustin Valette (6pm)
To cap off a weeklong celebration, Timber Cove welcomes renowned chef Dustin Valette of Valette Healdsburg and The Matheson to prepare a four-course dinner with an exclusive wine pairing by Wayfarer Vineyard.
The cost is $175 per person for the four-course dinner and the wine pairings. Reservations for the 21+ event are required for hotel guests and non-hotel guests.
