Renowned Nova Scotia chef and partner at Timber Cove Resort’s Coast Kitchen, Chef Seadon Shouse, will join five notable Northern California winemakers on October 19 for an exclusive 5-course pairing dinner with recipes from his new book, From the Hill by the Sea. The newly released memoir-cookbook by Chef Shouse details his Nova Scotia-grown roots of foraging and cooking from the land, which inspired Sonoma Coast ocean view restaurant, Coast Kitchen. In honor of his book launch and in partnership with Flowers Winery, Croix Estate Winery, Roederer Estate, Wayfarer Vineyards and Seebass, join for an intimate dining experience with dishes including Pan Seared Sea Scallops and Marin County Oysters, Fresh Saffron Rigatoni, a 60-Day-In House Dry Aged NY Strip and a decadent Montauk Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Tarta.
