The San Rafael Bead & Design Show returns June 9th through 11th to the Embassy Suites San Rafael. Artists, artisans, and tradespeople present over 120 artisan exhibits and hands-on workshops, creating a dynamic and interactive shopping experience.
A three-day event filled with great shopping and creativity! Meet and shop directly with the artists, artisans, and tradespeople. Visiting the many eclectic displays, you’ll find everything from handcrafted beads, findings, crystals, hand printed fabrics, clothing, and jewelry, to antique beads and ancient finds.
Take part in jewelry and mixed media workshops taught by artisans at the show. Try your hand at jewelry making techniques such as enameling, beadwork, chainmaille, pearl knotting, soldering, kumihimo, wire work, Peyote beading and more. Check the website to sign-up for workshops in advance.
Visions of an old world bazaar come to mind as you browse the isles. San Rafael Bead & Design Show promotes an amazing range of handcrafted and designer sourced media – find items like lampwork beads, hand-cut gemstones, antique beads, vintage embellishments, eco-dyed clothing, crystals & minerals, and tribal textiles.
Enjoy the beautiful and relaxed location, shop, learn, and take in the creativity all weekend long! June 9-11, 10am-6pm, Fri-Sat 10am-5pm Sun, at the Embassy Suites San Rafael, 101 McInnis Pkwy, San Rafael, CA. Tickets are $8 online, or $10 at the door, good for all three days.
