Sweetwater Music Hall presents Lorin Rowan’s Deep Blue Jam band & Rattlebox

Tuning up for a ‘Lorinfest’, Thursday, July 13 at Sweetwater, Mill Valley, featuring Lorin Rowan/ guitar, mandolin, vocals in RATTLEBOX, opening with Barry Sless/pedal steel (David Nelson Band, Bob Weir, Phil Lesh & Friends, Moonalice)Doug Harman/cello, vocals (Norton Buffalo)and Mookie Siegel/keys, vocals (David Nelson band, Donna Godchaux, Moonalice).
Lorin’s Deep Blue Jam band follows with Kirk Casey/guitar, vocals(Sims Electronic Arts), Eric McCann/ bass (Clarence Clemons band,Bonnie Raitt, Carlos Santana)) , Matt Willis/ druns (Tommy Castro, Maria Muldaur, The Edge, The Drifters, The Coasters) and Greg Sankovich!/keys (Shirley Bassey, Randy Brecker). This is sure to be a spectacular evening of diverse music from folk- rock-reggae-blues-funk-improv-jam!!!
Lorin’s music spans 50 years, performing most recently with Bob Weir and David Nelson at Sweetwater’s 50th Anniversary and David Nelson for ‘Music Heals’ and having played and/or recorded with many fellow musicians, including brother’s Peter & Chris, Marin County’s own reggae/rock band The Edge with Jimmy Dillon, Phil Lesh, Bill Kreutzman, Steve Miller, Jerry Garcia  and Levon Helm.
