Join Chef Michael Mina at The Bungalow Kitchen in Tiburon, for a one of a kind, five-course dining experience featuring iconic wines in partnership with Heitz Cellar – the producer of some of Napa Valley’s most sought-after and age-worthy wines. On Thursday, August 11th, guests can indulge in an exquisite tasting menu designed by The Bungalow Kitchen’s new Executive Chef Harrison Chernick and take in the stunning bayfront views from the venue’s second floor Sun Room.
Both Erik Elliott, Heitz’ Estate Director, and Winemaker Brittany Sherwood will be in attendance to lend their expertise and guidance throughout the evening, alongside Chef Mina. MINA Group’s Corporate Wine Director and Master Sommelier, Jeremy Shanker, will also join the event and guide guests through several pairings of Heitz Cellar vintages with the dynamic menu.
