Transformational Awareness: Breathwork and Gong Bath in Marin

May 28 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Allow the sounds of the gongs to relax your nervous system and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

We will begin with 15 minutes of guided yogic breathwork meant to bring us into deeper state of awareness and surrender. In breathwork, we are bringing the mind and body into union so we can be fully present for the sound healing.

The gong bath will be 45 minutes long during which you will be invited to lie down and have the soothing sounds of the gongs guide you into a meditative state for deep renewal on all levels.

Logistics: This event will be indoors in Subud Marin’s main event room. Please bring a yoga mat blanket. Tickets are non-refundable but you can gift them to a friend or resell them.

Tickets: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/638241075237

Timing: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the sound bath so that you can make your space comfortable and settle in. We will begin promptly at the start time. Late-comers after 5 minutes of the start time will not be allowed in so as to keep the container of the sound.

Location: The Marin Subud Center is a peaceful, private and spacious place in a quiet residential neighborhood next to large open space in San Anselmo (Sorich Ranch Park). This is a perfect place to go on a hike or picnic before or after the sound bath. There is a parking lot next to the building to accommodate all cars.
