October 1 @ 11:00 am - November 1 @ 6:00 pm

Marin County elementary and middle school (K-8) kids are invited to enter the “Why I Love Libraries” art contest hosted by The Commons Foundation, the official fundraising partner of the City of Larkspur with a charter to raise funds to build a new Larkspur Library.

With four categories (physical art, digital art, poetry, and video) there is an opportunity for creatives of all types.

Winners will have their art featured on The Commons Foundation official 2022 holiday card and displayed at the Larkspur library. Also, winners will be featured on the Larkspur Library website, and The Commons Foundation website and newsletter. Additionally, all finalist and winners will receive special prizes, and will be invited to an awards ceremony with Larky, the Larkspur Library mascot!

The entry deadline is November 1, 2022.
