Metta Yoga Studio is thrilled to be hosting the official Bay Area launch event for Sarah Ezrin’s book, The Yoga of Parenting!!!!! And we would love for YOU to come!
This event includes breathwork led by Bex Urban, singing bowls played by HyLong Michael Nguyen, a meditation and brief reading by Sarah, and a performance by Wee Yogis founder Jocelyn Kay Levy.
*Scheduled events will run no longer than 30 minutes. The rest of the time is for mingling and shopping!!!
Enjoy delicious treats from Dee’s Organics, Milky Oat and local wine from West Shore Wine Co.
Pop-up artisan goods will be sold from local, Marin mom-owned businesses, including Ellie’s Essential Blends and Intentional Goods Candles. Marin Family Photography will be offering mini-family portraits!
