Ged Robertson owns Shoreline Coffee Shop – and it’s cozy diner in Tam Valley. There are booths, tables and counter seating in this large one room space. The menu is eclectic and offers local organic ingredients and the friendly energy is a bonus!

First of all, this place is packed early -so getting a spot to put my camera was challenging. There were some locals we had to displace from the counter. I love the housemade hot sauce gluten free bread and homemade jam and super fresh eggs. My favorite photos are below. I love that everyone is smiling and there is so much friendly, crazy energy in the ‘outtake’ photo. I think the eggs in the second photo are just perfect.
