Set for the weekend of Sept. 23 and 24, the festival is a family event where kids, students and teachers can all enter for free. Plus, every hour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., you can enjoy entertainment including puppet shows, story time readings, magic shows, interactive art, bands and more.
