Across the bridge To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation was reaping the awards of past events, as they handed out $384,000 to 19 Bay Area nonprofits from funds raised in 2006. The money will be used to support women, men and their families in their journey with breast cancer and continue to support underserved communities by providing early detection screening along with emotional and education services.
