Heading to Tahoe?

Anyone headed to Tahoe? My friend Rachel who works at True North at Northstar just sent me a note about an opening. In the interest of time – I cut and paste her letter with the details;)  Yes I’m lazy – but she’s offering a discount to any Marin Magazine readers 😉 Read on..

Hey there, We have a house that just opened at True North at Northstar… Marin Magazine fans, followers, and readers can have it for 20% off the nightly rate.   (regular winter rate is $2150/nt)

Whoever scoops it up is in for an amazing weekend.  Northstar, CA has received a foot of new snow this week (more at the top), and conditions are fantastic!!  And as far as True North vacation rental?  It’s easily one of the most amazing homes in Northstar.

The 411 on True North at Northstar:
-5 bedrooms and 5 baths -5000 square feet
-Sauna and hot tub
-Step out the door, hop on Northstar’s free on-demand shuttle (the home is 1 mile away from the lifts)
-Access to all of Northstar’s homeowner amenities
-Feel like cooking?  The huge gourmet kitchen sports three ovens -One mile from The Village at Northstar and all of its shops, restaurants, ice skating rink, movie theater, etc.
-The home also amazing for kids (and kids at heart).  The separate game room has a pool table, fuse ball table, shuffleboard, 46” plasma tv, wet bar, and fridge.

The home look and feel?  Gorgeous.
The epitome of mountain elegance.  Soaring vaulted ceilings, custom stone work, warm, inviting comfy-cozy furniture, huge gas fireplaces… it would be easy to stay well beyond the weekend.  J
