New Marin businesses this May opened to fanfare and more than a few ribbon cuttings. Two openings that featured the ceremonial big scissors were Aesthetx, a new cosmetic dermatology office in Greenbrae, and Two Birds, a boutique clothing store in Larkspur.
Does Marin Open Studios have you feeling artsy and inspired this month? Swing by Mill Valley to see MYSTIC, a new shop that’s selling art supplies and hosting its own art classes. Or, if you’re feeling hungry, pick up some specialty meat for dinner from Corte Madera’s Zonda Fine Meats, a butcher and artisan food stuff store rolled into one.
And this is just a snapshot of Marin’s thriving food scene; we have also been busy this year shining the light on new hotels and other services, new art and cultural centers, shops and boutiques and beauty and wellness centers.
