New in Town

We’re halfway through 2024, and June promises a number of new openings to fill these long summer days. This month, we’ve got a handful of businesses to highlight all the way from Sausalito to Novato. We begin with Central Marin, where the shopping scene is popping off once again. To start, Fairfax’s reopened County Collective combines several innovative local brands in one commercial-meets-community space. Then for all your bling needs, Esqueleto in Mill Valley offers the best in sustainable and ethically sourced jewelry.

Further north, you’ll find in Novato the beloved Museum of the American Indian, which reopened after a long hiatus. Their educational programming and exhibits continue their 55-year tradition of honoring Indigenous cultures in the forested Miwok Park. And lastly, Sausalito’s Limitless Body Studio is your new stop for bodywork, alleviating pain and enhancing connection to your corpus.

And this is just a snapshot of Marin’s thriving food scene; we have also been busy this year shining the light on new hotels and other services, new art and cultural centers, shops and boutiques and beauty and wellness centers.
