Golden turmeric hummus with crudités 🥕 Ingredient Golden turmeric hummus with crudités 🥕

Ingredients 🛒
One (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 cup tahini
2 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of one lemon
2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh turmeric
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or more to taste
1/2 teaspoon sriracha
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions ⏲️
1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. If too thick, thin with a little warm water or additional olive oil. Taste for seasoning.

2. Transfer to a bowl. The hummus can be prepared up to two days in advance. Refrigerate until use. Serve with crudités and pita bread.

Cook’s note: The hummus can be made up to 2 days before serving. Refrigerate until use.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups
