Do you want to keep bees?
Join EAS Certified Master Beekeeper Bonnie Morse of Bonnie Bee and Company for an in-depth exploration of backyard beekeeping . We will meet for two online zoom lectures and then bring that knowledge to the field for a meaningful hands on session in an working apriary with thousands of active bees !
Classroom sessions will include basic bee information, seasonal cycles of a colony, equipment options, where to place your hive, how to get bees and tips on working with your equipment.
When the weather warms up, there will be a field session so you can observe and practice working with your tools and bees
Have you already taken the one session beginning lecture class? We will review some of that material but will take it to a deeper level and really put it into action with our hands on class
