Board of Supervisors Resolution and Reception for Resilient Neighborhoods’ Founder Tamra Peters

Please join us in celebrating Tamra Peters, founder of Resilient Neighborhoods, at a public resolution and reception in her honor hosted by the Marin County Board of Supervisors. Tamra created Resilient Neighborhoods after a successful career working in environmental nonprofits and served as the Executive Director for 13 years. During her tenure, more than 2,000 people completed the organization’s free climate action workshop removing 13.6 million pounds of greenhouse gases from the atmosphere and taking vital climate action to protect our planet for future generations. Tamra is now transitioning into the role of Program Director to continue to do what she loves most, leading teams and continuing to develop our program. We welcome you to the Board of Supervisors meeting to witness the presentation of the resolution in the Chambers, Room 330 of the Civic Center Administration Building. Following the resolution, there will be a reception in the Café, located in room 233. To reach the café, please use the southmost archway on Peter Behr Drive, across the street from the post office.
