Executive Chef Nick is all about creativity, sustainability, and tailoring the food experience to the needs of every individual client. His claim to fame isn’t just in mouth-watering dishes, but it’s also in his allergy-conscious approach to catering, providing gluten-free and dairy-free dishes on request and making sure there’s no cross contamination happening in the kitchen.
