Since 1953, Gene Hiller has been providing the Bay Area with fine Italian menswear, personal service, and custom tailoring. Owners Tom and Wayne have a combined total of 75 years of experience in the fashion industry, and have trotted around the globe in search of the finest materials and the latest styles. Be sure to book an appointment, however, as employees will often have less time to attend to walk-in clients than those who have scheduled in advance. Hours are 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday.

Louis Thomas has been a family-run menswear store for 74 years and is still going strong, with Tom’s daughter Brianna propelling the business into the 21st century. The shop offers stylish garments for every occasion, whether that be formal, professional, or casual. Additionally, they offer tailoring services and rentals if you need something quick for a one-off event, and everyone on staff provides knowledgeable and helpful service. Hours are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 12 – 5 p.m. Sunday.
