The Royal Hawaiian Ages Gracefully

The iconic Royal Hawaiian is celebrating its 90th anniversary in style with these new additions and special resort packages. Here’s what’s fresh at the Pink Palace.



The Royal Hawaiian Bakery

Executive Pastry Chef Carolyn Portuondo is baking up fresh desserts inspired by local ingredients at this one-stop confectionary. Treats like Big Island honey macadamia nut sticky buns, banana bread, and Koloa pineapple-roasted coffee cake can now easily be enjoyed at the resort, making your stay a little sweeter.

An Eye for Art

For its 90th anniversary year, a partnership with artists and fashion designers will be showcased at the Royal Hawaiian. From famed shoe designer Paul Mayer to Hawaii- based resort wear company Tori Richards, the painting and parings program launching this spring will provide guests with a unique art experience.

The Royal 90 Package

For this year only, guests can purchase the Royal 90 Package starting at $430 per night. The package allows you to enjoy the elegant resort and includes a $90 resort credit and 90th anniversary commemorative tin from the Royal Hawaiian Bakery.
