New in Town

New Marin businesses this July opened to fanfare and more than a few ribbon cuttings. Two openings that featured the ceremonial big scissors were The Marin Merchant, the spot for all things vintage treasure, and Slime Kitchen, a place for hands-on, sensory learning.

Out and about in or near Tiburon? Stop by Troya for some Mediterranean fare. Or, treat yourself by picking up some new skincare at Moonstone Skin & Body Care, which has recently entered new ownership.

And this is just a snapshot of Marin’s thriving food scene; we have also been busy this year shining the light on new hotels and other services, new art and cultural centers, shops and boutiques and beauty and wellness centers.
